DBA desires to empower the next generation of Barbers. Bringing the heart and history of barbering back to the local community, but enhancing the craft with today's technology and every changing and growing art. We have many friends within our community who may not be able to afford the education to complete the required courses to become licensed barbers. However, as the community comes together to help others, many can achieve that goal. After completion of our courses, DBA offers immediate job placement within our barbershop (SinicoRazors Barber Shop LLC), or barbershops statewide. If you would like to help one to achieve that goal, we would greatly appreciate your help. Together we can achieve more.

How Partners Help
The family of District of Barbering and Arts Academy desires to help build up and empower our local community and beyond by using the resources we have learned and obtained to help others. As a small local business, we aim to provide continued education to all who desire to become an up and coming Licensed Barber. We do understand that paying for continued education may be expensive and out of budget, especially for the less fortunate community. 2022 DBA partnered with The Urban Renewal Center of Norfolk Virginia and were able to enroll 2 students. 1 of the students completed the class with a GPA of 82%. After completing the 5 week Theory Course, the URC Student is getting prepared to take the PSI exam. We need your help to set funds aside for his PSI examination as well as other students who are on the road to success. After graduation and successfully passing the PSI exam, each student will have immediate job placement in the industry they love.
